By accessing or using the Website, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

These Terms govern browsing, account creation, enquiries, bookings, and purchasing products/services (vehicles, accessories, related services) via our Website and apps.
You must be 18+ and legally capable of contracting under Indian law; provide accurate information; and keep credentials confidential. Do not use the Website for unlawful purposes, security interference, or transmitting malicious code.
Applies to enquiries, bookings, and purchases via our Website/apps; leads may be fulfilled by authorized Franchisees.
We aim for accuracy, but images are illustrative; range/performance may vary; products may change or discontinue without notice.
Booking/order confirmed after payment and verification by us or Franchisee.
Payments via third-party gateways; we are not liable for bank/gateway delays or charges.
Based on location, bookings/orders may be assigned to authorized Franchisees for fulfilment; your legal rights remain unaffected.
Booking amounts/charges/refunds follow booking-time terms or a detailed policy (if provided). Once invoiced/registered, sales are generally final except where required by law/OEM policy.
Prices may be ex-showroom or estimated on-road; final on-road may include:
Final amount confirmed in Proforma and/or Tax Invoice.
Prices may change due to OEM revisions, taxes, subsidies, etc. Revisions before invoicing will be communicated with options.
Offers specify validity and applicable products/variants; unless stated, offers cannot be clubbed.
Coupons/referrals are non-transferable, must be used before expiry, and benefits may be processed after sale completion and any cancellation period.

Personal details, KYC (for RTO/finance/insurance), booking/purchase details, and usage data (IP, device, cookies, pages).
To process bookings, registration/insurance/finance, support, updates, service reminders, and improvements.
With OEMs (warranty/service), finance/insurance partners, Franchisees, and IT/analytics/marketing providers, with expected safeguards.
Reasonable safeguards applied; no system is absolutely secure.
Subject to law: access/update, request deletion (where allowed), withdraw consent for certain processing, opt out of marketing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Website and its use. Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or where not permitted by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability for a transaction is limited to the amount paid for that transaction, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify BHASUSA TECNOLOGIES PVT LTD against claims/damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update Terms; latest version posted on www.bavelectric.com with “Last updated”. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governed by Indian law. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Access to charging stations via BAV Electric App/Website; integrated via third-party platforms (e.g., Kazam) but primary interface with BHASUSA TECNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.
May require account/login, location access, and payment method. Sessions may be initiated/controlled via App, QR, or other methods described.
Third-party providers may monitor status, control sessions, and facilitate billing; they act as technical partners. Primary contract remains with BHASUSA TECNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., unless stated otherwise.
Tariffs shown in App/charger at start; you agree to pay as displayed plus taxes/fees. Payments via gateways/wallets; by starting a session you authorize debits. Refunds/adjustments handled per our policies.
Stations/App may be unavailable due to maintenance/power/network factors; real-time status may lag. No guarantee of continuous availability, speed, or connector availability. We are not liable for indirect losses from non-availability, except where required by law.
We collect location (if permitted), session details, and payment info for charging operations and may share with tech/infra partners (including Kazam) for operating, billing, fraud prevention, and analytics, per our Privacy Policy.
